Refund and Returns Policy
Returns
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We can accept returns for damaged or defective goods only. These returns must be made within 7 days of the receiving date.
If you feel you have received a faulty or defective product, please email us at [email protected] for further instructions.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The returned items need to be unworn or unused and if applicable, provided with the attached labels. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you within 7 days whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Cancellation period
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item or you regret your purchase, no worries we got your back! You can cancel your order within 60 minutes after you’ve received the order confirmation by sending an e-mail to [email protected] explaining why you want to cancel (part of) your order. After that we will do everything we can to cancel your order in time and send you a confirmation. You will then receive a refund within a few days. Cancellations received later than an hour after completing the order are not possible because by that time your order has already been processed so sadly there’s nothing we can do.
Note: this policy is an extra service offered by us voluntarily to make the most out of your shopping experience. We are not legally obliged to offer cancellations so please keep this in mind.
